VIP Membership. Company offers a subscription membership (the “VIP Membership”), which provides access to VIP Pricing on all products on the website, priority access to 24/7 customer support and exclusive new product releases, according to these Terms and as displayed to you at the time you enrolled. Company may also offer additional deals from time to time, which will be confirmed during the checkout process.

Automatic Billing. Your credit card or other payment method on file will be charged the VIP Membership fee of $29.99 USD (exclusive of taxes) every 30 days without obtaining your further confirmation or revised payment information. The first $29.99 charge will occur 10 days after purchase and then every 30 days after. You may be charged less, but never more than the $29.99 Membership Fee without your revised consent.

Cancellation. If you wish to cancel your VIP membership at any time, you may do so directly in your personal portal by clicking on the unsubscribe button, or by emailing us at info@medilisk.com at least 3 days prior to the start of the next billing period, providing your full name, email address and physical address associated with your use of the Service. Failure to cancel or continue to use VIP Membership confirms that the Company is authorized to charge you for VIP Membership and you are responsible for payment of such charges.

Payment Methods. By providing a credit card or other payment method, including through the checkout process, express checkout, or using PayPal, Google Pay, or otherwise, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize Company and any third-party payment processors and billing agents to charge your payment method for the total amount due. If the payment method cannot be verified or is not accepted, your purchases and VIP Membership may be canceled. These Terms shall constitute authorization to the issuer of the payment without requiring a signed receipt from you, and Company will not be liable for insufficient funds or charges incurred by you resulting from collection of fees. If you provide a debit card number instead of a credit card number, you authorize all charges to be applied to such debit card. Company reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes for payment at any time.

Refunds for Physical Products. For physical products that are purchased, you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to reach out to our customer support team for a potential refund or store credit. For product defect issues, we offer a 100% refund or free exchange. Your claim will be verified with a member of our customer support team.

Refunds for Membership Charges. You have up to 20 days after a membership charge has been posted to request for a refund in full. If you took advantage of any of the membership benefits during that time, then you will not be eligible for a refund. Use of the membership includes, but is not limited to: Purchasing discounted products through the Membership Portal or Purchasing New Products that are Exclusive to VIP Members.
